Evaluates and treat patientswith appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates dischargeplanning with the Case Manager for admitted patients. We are a large FQHC organizationand offer a variety of comprehensive primary and behavioral health servicesthrough five (5) community health centers and eight (8) school-based healthcenters. In-house interpreters are available for Spanish, Arabic, Nepali,Burmese, etc. Proof of vaccination is a conditionof employment, subject to verified medical or religious exemptions that do notpose an undue hardship on the Company.</p> |
